About Whitney

I am a South Carolina native and a graduate of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina’s international MBA program with a focus on China. I began my corporate career in New York City as a Wall Street investment banker, the jumping off point for two decades of corporate work between NYC and Los Angeles. In the last decade of my corporate career, I served as a senior executive at major music, publishing, technology, entertainment and sports companies.

Though my professional mandates were always about launching and growing digital businesses, the most rewarding aspect of my career was in mentoring employees and watching them grow, professionally and personally.

For business consulting engagements, my leadership experience spans strategy, operations, business development, revenue, product, partnerships, finance, content, international business, M&A and change management.

I spent the decade of my thirties on an inner journey, seeking greater self-leadership. I began to share this wisdom with others when I founded Starland Alchemy in 2020 as a professionally certified evolutionary astrologer.
